Noru Malta Hotel - Adults Only

The hotel is very modern and has impressive facilities, with the pool and steam baths as the highlights. Breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive. The receptionist who welcomed us was good, though the person at checkout could improve. Services like towel provision and water stations near the pool could also be more streamlined.

Easy access to public transport was a plus. The rooms were very clean and well arranged, with comfortable beds, and I liked the spa and the rooftop views. Breakfast was the one letdown: it wasn't very tasty and there wasn't much choice.

The reception staff really made the stay for us. Everyone we dealt with was warm, courteous, and professional, and they helped us with whatever we needed. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, spotless, and cleaned every day. Even on checkout day, housekeeping checked whether we needed anything. The balcony jacuzzi was perfect. We’d seen mixed reviews beforehand and honestly didn’t understand the complaints. The facilities had everything we needed. Breakfast was complete, if not especially remarkable. The only small annoyance was street construction noise, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. We were very happy here and will definitely come back.

Breakfast was a real plus during our week, with a plentiful buffet and lots of variety. The hotel was clean and modern, and the location is very central. Ilai and Sabina at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, as was the Hungarian front desk manager. The lifts could be a struggle. Once we rode up and down several times, then gave up and used the stairs. There was no wardrobe in our room, just a clothes rail. Still, excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it.
