If all you need is somewhere to sleep, this works well. It’s clean, comfortable enough, and the mini-fridge works. The staff were helpful and flexible. It doesn’t feel especially cosy, so I wouldn’t pick it for a romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is superb, and both the room and bathroom were clean, though the bathroom is on the small side. The staff were friendly. The wifi could have been better.

The service was very poor. Our air conditioner didn’t work, and there were no blankets. When we asked for some, they refused. There was also a dead bird on the terrace. They offered another room, but it was much smaller, had no balcony, and smelled of mold. We left the hotel because of all this, and they wouldn’t refund any of our money, not even part of it. They’re liars.

The location was great, the staff were a big part of what I liked, and breakfast was delicious. It was also cheaper than other options. I had a good experience staying here and would definitely recommend it.

Getting around was easy, with the X2 airport bus stops just around the corner and the Ross stop serving routes to different destinations, including the capital and the ferry to Gozo. The beach and water are close, and it’s a quiet spot. There are loads of pubs and restaurants nearby if you want to grab food, plus Scooty’s supermarket. The service was kind, and I got everything I asked for.
