H Hotel & SPA - Adults Only

The hotel is right on the Paceville strip, so there can be noise, though the doors block most of it and the music is free. Our luxury suite had a huge, easy-to-use hot tub. The infinity pool was closed in January, but the spa has another pool. The child-free setting made things peaceful, and the room felt romantic, with dark decor and ceiling mirrors. Everything was clean, and housekeeping was easy to reach. One anklet did go missing while I was there. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and tasted nice. The mini-fridge prices seemed high, and at checkout they charged us for a whiskey we hadn't drunk. They fixed it after I found it behind the coffee machine. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Khyam, and reception is staffed around the clock. I had some problems with my partner during the stay, and the staff understood and tried everything they could to help. We had a lovely time. I'd love to come back for another romantic getaway.

We were back for our second stay, this time for three nights around Valentine's, and everything was just right. The room looked stunning, felt luxurious and was clean. The staff were professional and friendly, and both the food and our booked Valentine's dinner were fantastic. The indoor pool and spa were clean and relaxing. I would have liked the indoor pool water to be a little warmer. Five stars from me, and I hope the service stays this good. Looking forward to visit number three.

The location made getting to nearby attractions, restaurants and transport easy. Inside, the common areas were clean and welcoming, with a calm feel throughout. My room was spotless, spacious and nicely designed, with comfortable bedding and the amenities I needed. I liked the thoughtful details, from the lighting to the toiletries. The staff were warm, professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and smooth. Breakfast, if offered, was fresh and tasty with plenty of variety. I had a wonderful stay that went beyond what I expected, and would happily come back and recommend the hotel for its comfort, quality and service.

The room and hotel looked just like the photos, which is why I picked H Hotel for its distinctive, luxurious style. It made a great setting for a romantic break. I felt especially relaxed using the hot tub in the room, pool, sauna and steam room, though the so-called ‘emotional shower’ had a mind of its own. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, and Ihsan, Yu and Cheryl at the front desk were particularly lovely. All the staff were attentive, polite and friendly. The rooftop infinity pool and nearby beaches were closed for the season, and the local mall was being renovated. There was still plenty to do around the area, and it was lively at night. My only complaint was the room temperature: it stayed too hot at night even with the air conditioning off, and opening the window meant putting up with quite a bit of noise. We had a wonderful stay, and I can highly recommend H Hotel.
