The sea and a sandy beach are close by, and the hotel is near Peaceville, with its nightlife, bars, discos, and shopping centre. It’s a new, modern hotel, and the staff were friendly and smiling. The rooms are spacious, with a clean, nice bathroom, balcony, very comfortable bed, TV, and minibar.

We had a good holiday here and I’d happily come back, assuming the construction site is finished. The hotel is in lively Paceville, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Our room was very clean and a good size for two, and the staff were kind, always smiling, and ready to help. The free Wi-Fi was good too. There was loud construction outside around 8 AM, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was decent, though the choices were limited and suited smaller appetites. I recommend the hotel.

They only change the towels, without making the bed or cleaning the room. The room itself was nice, but the A/C only cools during some summer months. April was hot, so we had to open the windows and got noise from the bars outside and the construction site in the morning. Breakfast had very few choices, with no American or English breakfast option. I was disappointed and wouldn’t call it good enough even for a three-star hotel.

I got trapped in the faulty elevator, and my boyfriend had to get me out. The water from both the tap and shower was orange-brown. Some reception staff were negligent and unhelpful, and nobody even told us the hot water would be switched off for a day. There were no toiletries, not even hand wash. Our “sea view” room looked toward a building site on the wrong side of the hotel. They claimed to have free parking, but I think they meant the street outside. It had a strong Faulty Towers feel. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The staff were friendly and really helpful. We arrived early just to leave our bags, but they let us check in ahead of time. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was good. The price was competitive for the area. I’d definitely recommend it.
