The location in the heart of the historic district was ideal, and we highly recommend staying here. At Maria Rosa Suites, our room was wonderful, with beautiful architecture and interior design. We chose one with a traditional Maltese balcony overlooking the street, though some rooms look onto the lovely courtyard. After long days touring, we enjoyed a glass of wine in that gorgeous courtyard while the church bells chimed every quarter hour. It made for such a charming atmosphere. Breakfast was superb, and the hosts were incredibly kind and attentive.

This charming B&B is a lovely bolthole in Gozo, and the townhouse has been renovated beautifully. It’s well placed for walking to Victoria’s unmissable sights and the many favourite restaurants nearby. Thanks for the warm hospitality and a lovely experience, including being pet dog friendly.

Maria Rosa Suites is beautifully kept and very clean, right in the heart of Victoria, Gozo. Everything is close by, yet it stays quiet and relaxing. The owner was so friendly and helpful, and was always available when we needed something. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gozo. We’ll definitely come back!

We were delighted with every part of our stay at Maria Rosa, especially given how inexpensive our two rooms were. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was good, and communication before arrival was easy. The location is perfect, on a side street at the edge of the pedestrian area. We also appreciated the descriptions of local attractions and restaurant tips, plus being able to store our luggage after checkout. Someone has spent a bundle on the building and thought through every detail. One thing to know: it’s in the oldest part of Victoria, close to several churches. I’ll take the brief early morning sound of bells over traffic or late-night party noise any day.

A great location, peaceful surroundings, beautiful setting and clean rooms made this stay in Maria Rosa Suits ideal for Gozo. It was above our expectations. The owner was friendly and shared really useful tips and advice, and breakfast was lovely. Parking nearby was easy, and I’d go back anytime.
