We left our bags in a friend's room while changing hotels, and one staff member was very rude to us. It didn't feel welcoming at all. Management was very poor.

We paid €70 a night and got no duvet or sheets. It was a nightmare, and I've never been in a hotel so filthy. They also require at least a 3-night stay. We arrived exhausted and felt we'd been ripped off. Honestly, sleeping outside would be better.
