Récif Attitude - Adults Only

Snorkeling right in front of the hotel was a treat, with beautiful reefs and fish. The beach is clean and lovely, though swimming there isn't so good. We used the nice infinity pool instead. The area is quiet and peaceful, and we had a wonderful room with a stunning ocean view. The hotel is amazing, with very kind staff and great food. We also appreciated the tea bar and its many varieties. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The resort has a relaxed feel, lovely design, and an amazing beach view, especially at sunset. We had fun in the game room with its pool table when it rained, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. It's a hidden gem, and we had a lovely stay. The buffet could use more variety, though it's understandable for a small resort. Our sheets and towels had a few stains, and the room wasn't spotless, with some dirt in the corners. The bed was a little hard. Even so, we had an amazing time.

We wanted a smaller base for exploring the island rather than one of the big resorts, and this local boutique hotel was a great fit. It's adults-only, which we loved, and a beautiful place to unwind. The hotel sits by a marine park, so you can borrow a snorkel and see wonderful fish in clear water. Bring water shoes to protect your feet from the coral. Food was fresh, there were plenty of options, and it was always served with a smile. Some evenings had entertainment, and the spa treatments were really pleasant. Our beach-view room opened straight onto the pool and beach. It's well placed for sunsets, diving up near Cap Malheureux, and trips down to the La Morne area for dolphins and mountains. The bathrooms could do with renovations, but otherwise we loved it. I'd recommend renting a car to explore. It's inexpensive and there's plenty of parking at the hotel.

The infinity pool has an amazing view, especially at sunset, and a short walk north takes you to another beach. I’ve stayed here in 2011 and 2018, and it’s one of my favourite places, definitely my favourite in Mauritius. The hotel beach is beautiful, with palms and great rock formations for snorkeling. The rooms are a decent size, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are very clean. The restaurant is really good too, with a nice mix of local and international food. I’ve always had a great experience with the welcoming staff.
