Villa du sud has a great location, and you can walk to trou d'argent beach. The staff give excellent service, and there’s a very good variety of food. Recommended. I’ll definitely come back 😘

We had an unforgettable stay in Rodrigues at Jean Pierre’s hotel, and we’d be very happy to return. The location is ideal, near some of the island’s best beaches and hiking trails, with a beautiful sweeping view of Anse Gravier. We got a warm welcome from smiling staff who were available and attentive. Breakfast was generous, tasty, and local. Dinner is available by reservation, with excellent traditional home cooking.

The room is beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. The food was delicious, and the menus were spot on. Bradley was especially kind, welcomed us warmly, and took great care of us. Even though Villas du Sud had only just opened, it was a wonderful stay with amazing service and hospitality 😍😍. A couple of things the receptionist might not mention when you arrive: beach towels are available if you need them, and the shower’s hot water isn’t always on the red setting, sometimes it’s on blue. I highly recommend it!

We stayed for three days. There was no Wi-Fi or TV in the rooms, and the bathroom lacked lighting. There weren’t enough shelves or chairs either, and the bar had no drinks.
