We booked this villa for three nights, including New Year's Eve. Things seemed fine at first, but I soon got calls at 1 a.m. saying I couldn't have guests or make noise on New Year's Day, even though we were being careful not to disturb anyone. The camera at the entrance made us feel watched and completely uneasy, and it spoiled our celebrations. The villa is close to other houses where people play their radios very early, and the dogs bark a lot. There was a strong, disgusting smell from the toilets, and cleanliness left plenty to be desired. I strongly advise against staying here if you don't want your holiday ruined.

We stayed a few days. The apartment was clean, and the manager was very friendly.
