Blue Ocean Villas

The place felt so cozy that we came back for two more nights at the end of our trip. The food and breakfast were delicious, and the hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and cared for down to the details. Sabrina gave us such a warm welcome, and the whole team was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt at home from the start. A lovely choice if you want comfort and genuine hospitality. 💛

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. I did miss having a drying rack. Breakfast was good quality and nicely prepared. The staff were well prepared, helpful and always smiling. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a peaceful time walking along the beach, listening to the waves, and the lagoon view from the first-floor terrace was breathtaking. The food was delicious too. My wife and I spent a weekend at Blue Ocean Luxury Beachfront Suites & Apartments in Trou D'eau Douce, Mauritius, and Sabrina, the manager, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was helpful throughout, gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities, and checked that we were comfortable. The whole team was professional and genuinely hospitable. Our suite was spotless, tastefully decorated, and finished with top-quality materials. We'd highly recommend Blue Ocean for a quiet, luxurious escape in Mauritius.

We left feeling cheated and disgusted. The rules around cooking made the stay unbearable: we expected self-catering facilities, but were told clearly that we couldn't cook anything. When we tried to prepare a simple meal, staff were aggressively rude and made it clear they didn't want us making food at all. Parking was another problem from the start, with staff being incredibly rude and making us feel unwelcome before we even went inside. Blue Ocean Villas felt more like a prison than a vacation rental, with basic amenities denied and guests treated with contempt. The lack of hospitality and rigid policies made the whole stay miserable. Avoid this place if you value peace of mind and being able to feed yourselves. A horrible experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
