This is a friendly guesthouse in a good spot for experiencing local life. The breakfast menu changes each day. It’s about a 12-minute walk to the tram or Metro station, with Port Louis around 30 minutes away by tram or Metro and Curepipe about 25 minutes away. There are bus stops and a taxi stand nearby, and it’s close to the center of Quarte Bornes. Beaches are a bit far if that’s your main reason for visiting, though you can still take bus 57 to Flic en Flac. See details below.

We felt more like friends than clients from the moment we arrived, and the breakfast was gorgeous, with fruit, eggs and whatever you prefer. It’s a beautiful, cozy place right in the center, and a great base for excursions to the mountains or beach. Even the capital, Port Louis, is easy to reach. Thank you for everything! 😊

Mr Kavi kindly accommodated our requests for an early check-in and late check-out during our six-day, seven-night stay, and Joe served breakfast with a big smile. My husband and I loved our time there. It’s very central, near shops, restaurants, taxis and the bus stop.

The food was amazing, and the friendly, helpful hosts made our stay feel special. Service was exceptional for the price. The location works well for work trips or holidays, with supermarkets, restaurants and transport all within walking distance.

The breakfast was a highlight, and they arranged it around the time that suited us. Staff all spoke English, and their suggestions for local restaurants were great, with really good food that didn't cost much. It worked well for both business and a holiday. I had a great stay in Mauritius and plan to come back next year.
