We’re here for two weeks, and the staff have been lovely and quick to help. They even offered to pick us up at the airport. The room, bathroom, and living area are spacious and well kept, with comfortable seating that works well for using a laptop. The stairs are awkward with a baby and stroller, especially in the rain. The stairway is only partly covered, so there’s a risk of slipping. The laundry area could also be improved. So far, though, it’s been a pretty good stay.

Clean, comfortable rooms and a friendly welcome from both the staff and locals. A great spot to get a feel for island life.

The WiFi wasn’t working, but I’d bought an eSIM at Male airport, so it didn’t cause me trouble. Everything else about the stay felt welcoming. The hotel was clean, with a hot shower and strong AC, and a few restaurants and a convenience store were within walking distance. They arranged a driver to collect us at Gan airport. The owner also drove us to the harbor for our Liveaboard pickup, but the plan had changed without anyone telling them. He kindly called on our behalf and took us back to the airport instead. Great hospitality. I’d recommend it for anyone needing a convenient place to stay before a Liveaboard trip starting from Gan.

The room was clean and great, and breakfast at a restaurant with a sea view was included. I could also use bicycles for free. My host made the stay feel special, picking me up and dropping me at the airport, helping arrange snorkeling and motor biking, and sharing local restaurant suggestions. It’s a peaceful, local place, and the price was incredibly good. Thanks for a nice stay!
