Ahiva Village Guest House

We’d definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return. The local curry at the quaint restaurant was especially tasty, though some menu items weren’t always available, so it’s best to come early for dinner. Fulhadhoo itself is a quiet little local island with a gorgeous beach. Our spacious, clean room was a short walk from the beach, about seven minutes from the tourist beach. The team was very helpful before we arrived, sorting out transfers and answering questions. There was a pickup mix-up and we were the only ones not collected, but it was resolved quickly. They also work with a local tour company for excursions, mostly private trips at a very good price.

The food was incredibly good, and we ate there almost every day. Everyone made us feel so welcome, cozy, and at peace. We came back for a second visit after 1.5 years, and it was lovely seeing the hotel team again as well as meeting the new faces. The place was super clean, and everyone was helpful and welcoming, from the cleaning team and waiters to the cooks and manager. We’ll definitely return. My favourite holiday.

We felt looked after throughout our stay, especially thanks to Lea, who helped arrange activities and excursions and took care of anything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a cozy home on the island. Meals were delicious every day. Our waiter was polite and attentive, always smiling and helping us choose what to order. Ahiva Village was fantastic, and we’d gladly come back to this little island.

Lea and Suria made us feel at home during a wonderful stay at Ahiva Village on beautiful Fulhadhoo. While dinner was being prepared, they even took us to the port to feed the skate rays. We also went on a dolphin trip with them, which was amazing. After moving on to the next island, we contacted them again to arrange snorkeling with manta rays. Having the mosque next door was very convenient at prayer times. Strongly recommended for Muslim travellers.
