Lagoon View Maldives

The lagoon was especially lovely from the private white-sand beach. Being able to lie in the sun just outside our room was a highlight, and the room itself was comfortable, with a nice ocean view and a relaxing feel. At night, big sharks, rays, and fish gathered in the clear water a few steps from the restaurant. It was cool to watch them, and the hotel offers night snorkeling to get a closer look, along with sandbank trips, diving, and water sports. We spent three nights at Lagoon View Maldives and had a relaxing stay with a little adventure mixed in. The staff were friendly and made things easy. The hotel is simple, but it has what you need for a laid-back break. Full board meant three meals daily at the restaurant, with a good range of international and local food featuring fresh catches. If you'd like a local experience along with relaxation and some activities, it's a good shout.

We especially loved the staff at the lagoon view. Everyone was so, so friendly, and the restaurant chef made delicious food. Don't hesitate to ask for something special, he'll do his best to make it happen. The rooms were clean and the lagoon was lovely too. We stayed in January with our three-year-old son, and had an amazing holiday. We really enjoyed the trips with dive club and highly recommend this guest house. Thanks so much for a wonderful time. I saw so many kinds of fish while snorkeling from the gorgeous beach, including sting rays and manta rays. They also took me to an uninhabited island where the clear aqua-green water was pristine and breathtaking. The guest house was clean and comfortable, with very good food and excellent service. The hospitality was among the best I've experienced in the Maldives. I'd highly recommend a visit.

The beach by the hotel grounds is heavenly, but the reception area is noisy. We stayed two nights, and I wouldn't come back. For that price, you can get better rest on another island. There's no Wi-Fi there.
