Culture Villa

Thinadhoo was lovely, with a beautiful beach backed by natural greenery and jungle, plus healthy coral for snorkelling. Culture Villa offered a resort-like holiday at guesthouse prices. We had breakfast at a local cafe affiliated with Culture Vila, and lunch and dinner at plumeria. The rooms don’t have sea views, but they’re modern, comfortable and nicely designed. Ikko, the manager, was great and very helpful during our stay. We’ve paid much more for much less elsewhere in the Maldives. Culture Villa was excellent value, and I’d really recommend it. 10/10.

Ikko was a lovely host and took great care of us. The guesthouse is comfortable and clean, on a beautiful island with a coral reef. Our room had air conditioning, a safe and a comfortable bed, and each guest room has its own bathroom. There’s also a small shared kitchen and a reception area. Thanks for your hospitality, Ikko!

Our host Ikko was welcoming, friendly and quick to help whenever we had questions. The rooms and bathrooms at Culture Villa were clean, cosy and spacious. If you’re visiting Thinadoo, I’d highly recommend staying here for a great experience.

Culture Villa felt more private and homey than the larger guesthouses in Thinadhoo. Ikko was a fantastic host and helped us throughout the stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, far better than places I’ve stayed in Male/Huluhmale. It’s a cosy little spot in the island center, and I’d strongly recommend it for a proper local-island guesthouse experience.
