The rooms are small but neat and clean, and both the staff and service were top class. They can arrange airport pickup and drop-off. The property is right in front of the beach, with plenty of cafes nearby. For Indian food, Naga and Bombay Darbar are close. I'd go for a beach-facing Deluxe room with a balcony.

Even by Maldivian standards, where nothing is cheap, I thought the quality for the price was fair. This was my second visit, and the hotel has become my first choice in the city. It's quiet and clean, with a beachfront balcony and lovely views. The service was good, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and flexible with special requests.

There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the beach is close. Staff were cooperative, let us check in early, and provided a welcome drink. Breakfast was nice, and I'd recommend the place for a short, budget stay. We stayed two nights in a very nice, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. There was no elevator, and reception and the rooms were on the third floor, so call ahead for help carrying lots of luggage. The room had basic amenities including toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, body lotion, a working safety locker, water bottles, coffee powder and an electric kettle. The telephone didn't work.

The service was very friendly, perhaps a little too much at times and occasionally pushy. The location was amazing, right across from the beach. The facilities were fine, nothing special. I stayed for two nights.
