The Bilimbi Guesthouse and Inn

We were four people travelling with a baby and stayed at Bimini in December 2023. It’s a lovely little hotel, and the staff were fantastic and very helpful. They sorted out our transport and helped arrange excursions. Everything went great.

Even after we checked out of our lovely room at Bilimbi, Nihthu kept helping us with boat rides, restaurants, and anything else we needed. The inn is brand new, nicely designed and decorated, and clean. It felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was great too, with a vegan option.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and met us at the harbour to help with our transfer. The room was clean and had AC, and guests could use bikes. Everything worked out perfectly, and the location was great. I hope to come back someday!

We loved the beaches here. Huraa Bikini Beach is a 5-7 minute walk away, and there’s also a local beach for Maldivian Muslims. Both were clean and lovely. The guesthouse on K.Huraa Island has six rooms, nicely sized for families of three or four. The mosque is about two minutes away on foot. You can kayak around Huraa Mangroves, and the staff can arrange excursions. All our meals were freshly made, and we enjoyed everything Nazeer prepared. The tuna and egg vegetable sandwiches, rice, and noodles were especially good. We felt completely safe, and the locals were kind and helpful. A relaxing seaside break and a taste of Maldivian life without spending a fortune. Great for budget travellers.
