Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives

We still have three nights to go after our first three at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives, and so far the stay has been wonderful. The lush, well-kept grounds feel lively, everything is spotless, and the evenings by the pool are especially nice with the live DJ and relaxed music. Our Overwater Villa with Jacuzzi is spacious, modern, peaceful, and has breathtaking lagoon views. Emmi (Booppa Sooksai), the Duty Manager, also checked in with us personally after sorting out a concern with our room on the first night. She handled it thoughtfully and efficiently, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the villa. Her care really felt like 5-star hospitality. The warmth has been consistent from everyone we’ve met, including the buffet chefs, housekeeping, and bar staff. I don’t want to name just a few people when the whole team has been so kind, attentive, and welcoming. Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives has exceeded our expectations, and we’re grateful to the team for making this holiday special. Looking forward to the rest of our stay.

The island is beautiful and works really well for families. The beach and pool are great, and the kids area has activities that kept the children busy for hours. We spent four blissful nights at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives. The staff were warm and attentive, making sure our requests were taken care of. Limbo & Ram from housekeeping were especially pleasant and friendly, and helped make our stay comfortable.

From arrival to departure, everything felt smooth and relaxing at Centara Lagoon Resort Maldives. The villas are beautiful, the lagoon is crystal clear, and the food was excellent. The property is very well maintained, and the staff were consistently warm, courteous, and ready to help. We’d love to return and would recommend it for a Maldives getaway. Mr. Ameen (GRO) deserves special thanks. He was professional and friendly, and paid close attention to keeping our stay comfortable. His personal care made the trip memorable, and he’s a real asset to the resort.

The food was the one area that landed somewhere in the middle for me. The buffet felt limited, and much of it was spicy or Indian-style, so there wasn’t much choice for someone who doesn’t prefer that kind of food. I also never came across shrimp, which I thought was a noticeable omission. The Italian restaurant was the only one I tried, and its food was good and satisfying. The service, on the other hand, was a real highlight. Staff and waiters were always smiling, kind, and ready to help, and I felt looked after the whole time. Pryia kept our room perfectly clean and organized. I also appreciated the professionalism of the managers at the Italian and buffet restaurants, though unfortunately I can’t remember their names. Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives is a brand-new resort in an incredible setting, and the sea and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a dream. With most guests being Russian, at times I almost felt as if I were in Russia. Despite my food reservations, the overall stay was wonderful. The resort felt like paradise, and it’s a trip I’ll carry in my heart.
