The staff were very hospitable, and I liked how private the room felt. It had a spacious bed, a good sized bathroom, and a small outdoor spot for drying clothes. Breakfast was buffet style, though it wasn’t really to my taste. The place is in the middle of the island, so the beach is a bit of a walk away, but I didn’t mind that.

The room smelled fresh, with none of the odd odors you can find in other hotels. It’s clean and comes with a small fridge, which was handy for keeping my coconut cold. The staff had some trouble with English, so I got a bit confused about the fruit only breakfast. They like you to let them know 72 hours before your booking so they can prepare everything properly. I had a solid stay and would recommend this place to start your journey. Thanks to my friends at Agoda for the great recommendation.

The staff were kind and welcoming, and there’s a good restaurant nearby with plenty of food choices. We stayed with family over the weekend in a clean, cozy place with hot water, fast WiFi, and a good price for locals. Early check-in and late checkout are complimentary, and bicycles are available to explore the island, depending on availability. Check the weather forecast before you travel.

The food made at the guesthouse was something we really enjoyed. The owner and his wife were lovely, always happy to chat, and the owner put in extra effort to make us comfortable. We’d gladly recommend staying here, and I’m sure we’ll come back one day.

The rooms are pretty basic, but they have what you need. Breakfast is buffet-style, so you can put together a filling meal with plenty of protein. The owner and staff were polite and helpful. I’d recommend it.
