The fresh seafood at Santa Rosa Hotel's restaurant was delicious, and the hospitality from Mr. Anwar Aftab made us feel welcome and comfortable. I first booked Wave Crest Hotel, which was a horrible experience, but meeting Mr. Anwar Aftab and being shown around Santa Rosa Hotel changed everything. The atmosphere and cleanliness were superb, and although the hotel was a bit old, the service made us forget that. Mr. Anwar Aftab went above and beyond. The restaurant's seafood selection was delightful, fresh, and tasty. His professionalism and warmth were the reason I didn't return to my original booking after checking out. I am grateful for the memorable hospitality and plan to return this April during the school break with my wife and two sons. We'll book another room for my sister, her husband, and their son too, so they can have the same experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier stay.

I didn't stay at the hotel, just came for dinner, and it was amazing. The fish was fresh and cooked perfectly, the salad was nice, and the cardamom tea was delicious. There was live music from a very good singer, the atmosphere was breathtaking, and the service was absolutely friendly. Our food came 15 min after we ordered. I can recommend this restaurant 100%. Thanks for a lovely meal!

We came for the food and loved it. The Chicken 65, also called Chicken Pakodas in some parts of the world, came with Zeera Rice and Dal Tadka. It was really authentic, with the flavors right on point. A stark change from the rather dry meat you get here in Thulusdoo. Chef Sunny clearly knows this cuisine. A must visit if you're in Thulusdoo, and a CANNOT MISS if you're after good food!!

I loved the food at Santa Rosa, prepared by the Indian chef Sunny Chadha. When I met him, I found him respectful and attentive to what guests need. He serves guests the best food with love and cheer. There is power in his hand. I love the food in Santa Rosa.
