My recent stay at Batuta inn was the worst experience of my life. The room was nowhere near clean, with cockroaches and bugs all over it. Management and staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in dealing with our concerns. Breakfast was basic and the food wasn’t fresh. The guest house felt rundown and badly maintained, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
