We only got through about half the chicken and chips and two small pieces of the wings, so we asked for the rest to be packed up. We’d also ordered fried chicken. The food was okay, and these were simple, inexpensive dishes. After the waiter spoke with another staff member in a language we couldn’t understand, he said the girl had thrown our takeaway food away. We were shocked, especially since there was still plenty left. The way they told us made things worse. They were smiling as if it didn’t matter, and there was no apology, responsibility, or attempt to sort it out. We’d even added a tip on top of the service charge. Packing the leftovers in a takeaway bag should have been simple, but they were thrown out instead. What upset us most was the lack of professionalism. Their smiles and how they handled it made us feel mocked rather than helped. Very disappointing service.

The staff were friendly, and the room itself was good, with nice lighting, a balcony, and a view. The beach is really close. But the kettle was full of ants, the mugs hadn’t been washed, and the lock didn’t work well. The shower drain was clogged, so the water barely went down.

There are trees all around, so it has a nice green feel if you like that. The location is great, near the beach, market, and mosque, and the room was good for their standard. Reception was helpful too. The restaurant should take another look at the breakfast menu though. Why is there no coffee with the set breakfast? ✌️😬

The beach is right in front of the hotel, and there’s plenty of greenery and shade. I enjoyed my stay at Vinorva, with its wonderful atmosphere. Thanks to the hotel staff for being so helpful, friendly, and nice.

Clean accommodation close to the beach and ferry, and the price felt fair. The staff were very helpful and service minded. I recommend it. 👍
