The hotel section is my favorite. Copper pot restaurant has really good food, and the atmosphere is lovely. During the day you can see the city, while at night the lights look like stars. That part deserves five stars from me. The food court is nice too, with several options like pizza inn, creamy inn, galitos, and chicken inn. It could work well for a small get-together, maybe a kid's birthday. The toilets, though, need serious attention. They smelled worse than toilets at school, and that really annoyed me.

I had a great time, but the AC in my room wasn't very good.

It's well placed in Blantyre, and the food was good. The meeting room, though, was tiny and the seating arrangement didn't work well for participants. It felt like a classroom.

Such a lovely place to stay. The rooms were great, customer care was great too, and everyone was warm and welcoming.

The location was decent, but the place was really expensive. My room wasn't clean, the toilet stank, and I found a cockroach in my bed.
