I had a lovely time. The surroundings felt quiet and very safe.

For what we paid, they looked after us well. It’s worth asking to see the rooms, since some were better than others at the same price. Still, thanks for the stay.

The rooms were clean and nice, and breakfast came with the stay. At 15k kwacha a night, though, there was no lunch or dinner service. They generally order meals from outside for guests.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, and they started making the bed while we were there. No one made the checkout time clear, then they came into our room forcefully. They also hadn’t told us when breakfast was, and wanted us to leave without any. The service was terrible, and I really wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rates are affordable, but the lodge really needs to set up a restaurant.
