I wish there were more activities for kids. It's a fun place, though I'm not really keen on the pool's shape.

The bathroom was dirty, and the door wouldn't lock from the inside. We also had to sleep on a stained bed, with a dusty-smelling, stained carpet and a cracked window. The rooms were cramped and stuffy, and the AC didn't work. Its placement was weird, too. My mum and I were in simple dresses and crocs, and staff gave us judgemental looks. They were rude as well, and refused our request for a late checkout. The TV only had Malawian channels. Never coming here again.

A strange smell hung around the room for three days and gave me a headache. The bath drained poorly and clogged while I showered, and the AC leaked water without cooling the room. It was above the door by the entrance, the weirdest place for an AC. WiFi in the room didn't work because they'd removed the router. Housekeeping also stained my shirt while ironing it. Horrible hotel. I'll never come back.

The restaurant is the one thing worth paying for, though you have to pay separately. For a basic room costing 168 usd, there isn't much on offer: the room is small and the bathroom cramped. The rooms are old and unhygienic, which was disappointing. Management is excellent, but some staff seem sleepy and aren't very welcoming. That price felt like daylight theft. Very sad.
