Manja Lodge

Manja is close to heritage centre and dominos, among big trees and old colonial buildings, and the prices are very fair. I slept peacefully in a spacious room with a comfortable bed, hot water, a mini fridge, and a small table for working. There's also a little outdoor space right in front of the room. The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay really comfortable. I genuinely enjoyed it and will be back for sure 😊

I felt more at home at Manja Lodge than in my own house. Our rooms were always properly cleaned, and the food was divine. The staff are humble and warm-hearted, a real reflection of the heart of the people of Malawi. The lodge is close to Zomba's golf course and a supermarket, and the Zomba plateau is just around the corder. If you want a great day, Manja Lodge is the place to stay. The peaceful setting makes Manja Lodge feel like a home away from home. It's beautiful, well secured, and centrally located in Zomba, Malawi, as well as very affordable. The staff are friendly and corteous. It's a place any visitor will love, and I'll always love it!

After traveling from Kaporo, Malawi, at the northern tip, to Marka at the southern tip, Manja Lodge was by far the nicest plane we'd stayed at. Everything from the spacious room's finished details and excellent lighting to the vet hot water stood out. It was quiet, away from the town's busyness, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of ripe fruit. Breakfast is my favorite meal. The receptionists gave excellent service too. Stunning. It cost half what bigger "fancier" lodges charge, where they overcharge, service can be pitifully poor, and meals can take over an hour-and-a-half. A true 10 out of 10.
