The restaurant dinner was the one letdown: the portions were small and the prices very high. Better value would mean bigger portions or lower prices. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. The location high up on top of the highest mountain is beautiful, the staff are kind, happy, and smiling, and the service and support were fantastic. Breakfast was great too.

Our rooms were really comfortable, and the food was great. It was foggy, so unfortunately we couldn't see the view. We had a great time and found the place comfy and enjoyable, but the staff didn't communicate properly or give us all the information. We ended up with a 180k bill excluding drinks. We gladly paid it, but really disliked the lack of communication.

The rooms were lovely, and the food was really nice, with plenty to choose from. It's a beautiful, relaxing place, and the staff were welcoming and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything or were comfortable. The customer service was great overall, though one of the reception ladies was rude 😡. Phone service was bad too, and we could hardly hear each other when booking a room.

The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the hospitality was lovely. Add the beautiful mountain views and nature around you, and this is the best place I've visited so far in Malawi.
