They made me feel right at home, and I’m looking forward to seeing the business grow and coming back on a future trip. I visit Abasolo regularly, but this was my first stay here. I had booked nine days and ended up staying two full weeks because my plans in Mexico changed. The staff were very accommodating when I extended my stay three times. The room was great, though the air conditioner dripped when I set it too cold. I kept the supplied trash can under it so water wouldn’t get on the tile. The bathroom sink was much too small and splashed water everywhere, so brushing my teeth was a mission, never mind washing my face. There was just one bug during my whole stay, a big cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel itself is lovely, but it’s like staying with relatives: you need to keep quiet during sleeping hours. I didn’t get to try the restaurant this trip, but the staff put out fresh coffee, tea, and baked goods each morning.

It was really clean, and the staff were accommodating. The location is great too, just a quick walk to and from El Centro. WiFi, HDTV, and air conditioning are all here, which can be hard to find sometimes in Mexico. The kitchen and bar weren’t open, probably because COVID was still an issue in Mexico. Can’t wait to come back soon!

The location makes it easy to explore the area, and the place feels peaceful and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help, which made the stay feel personal. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the design has a nice mix of elegance and warmth. Casa Marqués is a comfortable, pleasant place to stay, and I left with a very good impression and a desire to return.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel is just one block from the center. It’s nice and fairly new, though a couple of things need work. There’s no parking on site, so you have to use a lot on another street and walk back. We also had no hot water in the shower because, as they put it, “the sun hasn’t come out yet.”

The location is super central, one block from the main square with lots of businesses nearby. Our rooms were clean, tidy, smelled pleasant, and worked well. We were always welcomed with a smile and a good mood.
