I’m giving it one star only because I can’t give less. It doesn’t deserve even that. Staying here was awful, and the rooms weren’t even fit for sleeping. They had bed bugs, and when I asked for help, I was told nothing could be done. I also believe staff went into rooms and searched suitcases. In my case, a cell phone I’d left in my room was stolen, and they denied involvement. Cleanliness, service, and facilities were all terrible. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

The fans were broken, there was no TV, and the walls were neglected. It was a terrible experience, just as the earlier reviews suggested. We asked to cancel that same day, but the receptionist took far too long to sort it out. She said she had called a lawyer to approve the refund and that our cancellation seemed strange to them. They really need to inspect the facilities.

This place doesn’t deserve one star. The conditions were awful: the mattresses had bed bugs, and the rooms weren’t cleaned. When they did clean, they went into suitcases and took things. In my case, my phone was stolen.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. It’s in terrible shape, with curtains coming loose, old furniture, air conditioning that doesn’t work, dirty walls, and far too much noise.

I’ve never stayed somewhere this disgusting. The sheets had blood on them, the bathroom had dead animals, and there was no water to shower. The pool even had drinks floating in it, and the whole hotel was filthy. DO NOT COME.
