The views over Puerto Marques and the Diamante bahía are fantastic, and the beach is small but beautiful, with good facilities including aquascooters. There are several pools, a small but nice gym, a massage center, and a little shop. The breakfast buffet was good, though food choices overall are quite limited and the bars didn't meet expectations. It's tucked away on the hillside down to the sea, with different levels connected by stairs that get tiring after a while. The seclusion makes it a restful choice for families or couples. To leave the resort, you'll need a taxi and cash, unless you like hiking or swimming long distances.

The pools, drinks, private beach and my room were all great, and even the general manager came over to talk with us and was really kind. Breakfast was delicious, too. I loved my time at Camino Real Acapulco and have already been telling my friends about it.

You can actually get some rest here, away from the busy nightlife, and we plan to return. The views were beautiful, the room was great, the food was good, and the workers were amazing. There is some hurricane related construction, but it's very limited and barely noticeable. You'll need to drive or take a taxi to the city center and major attractions. And say hi to "Muñeca" the hotel pet(cat), she's super friendly.

We got a day pass at Camino Real Acapulco for around $40 per person. That amount is credited toward food and drinks. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, the drinks were very well made, and the prices felt reasonable. Service was quick and attentive. There are two good sized pools, and the hotel's beach is one of the best in town. I'd definitely recommend it.

The food was good apart from breakfast, which wasn't very tasty overall, and the view was good too. The pool was fine, but the private beach is so small that it gets crowded. Rooms are spread far apart, and the inside feels like a big maze.
