We came for a bridal shower brunch, not an overnight stay. A private room was ready for us, and the food was good. The servers were wonderful, and the event coordinator kept checking that everything was going well. I’d recommend it for a cute girls’ get-together.

It’s a very pretty pink hotel, well kept and great for photos. I didn’t feel especially welcome, though, and the service came across as unfriendly. Breakfast was disappointing: very average, not tasty, and it all seemed to have been microwaved. It was nice enough, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We paid 1700 mxn pesos for a couples massage and 30 minutes in the Jacuzzi after the 60-minute massage. The massage was amazing, and the tea afterward was a lovely combination. The room felt warm and welcoming, and there was time to shower afterward. They had everything ready, including a hairbrush, hair dryer, ear sticks, and shoes to wear. The whole setup felt professional and inviting. A bottle of water after the Jacuzzi would have been nice since you really feel you need one, though we had brought our own. Candles on the wall beside the Jacuzzi would also make it feel even more special. Totally recommend it! 😍

Severe weather in the state forced us to cancel our whole trip. We canceled a week ahead, but this was the only business that wouldn’t even consider refunding our prepayment.

The hotel never fixed the smoke detector, even after we reported it. It beeped at 3:00 AM on the first night and kept going until morning, then woke us again the next night. We couldn’t sleep either night. We complained and asked for compensation, but management did nothing beyond slightly improving breakfast. They clearly don’t know how to make up for a serious problem.
