The staff were keen to help with anything we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there was hot water. They let us leave our bags there until it was time to go to the bus station. The second-floor view is a lovely spot for coffee.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive and helpful. It's a lovely family hotel, with care given to the little details. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel is close to the city center in a safe area.

The hotel was nicely furnished and reasonably priced, with friendly service and coffee in the morning. There was no AC, but none was needed. San Cristobal is almost 7000 ft above sea level, so it stays quite cool.

A beautiful property with interesting decorations and its own private parking space. Eddie and Fabian welcomed us warmly, made check-in super quick, and looked after us attentively. They upgraded us to a huge 3-bed corner unit. Our comfortable stay at Hotel Tierra Maya was a memorable part of our visit to San Cristobal de las Casas.
