The one good thing is the location, just a 5-minute walk from the center of San Cristobal. Our rooms were dirty, and all the towels were dirty too. We had to change them several times. After a long trip, we arrived late in the afternoon on 31/12 and found a plumbing leak under the sink, leaving the whole bathroom wet. After several checks and discussions, they put on silicone, dried the floor, and told us to wait. No other rooms were available, so we had to put up with the bad smell all night. I've read other reviews mentioning plumbing issues, so take care.

The room was decent, and the staff were kind and helpful. The bathroom gets damp and could use a fan.

Muy bonito lugar. The restaurant food was delicious, and room service was great. The staff were really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit!

Our room was extra large, clean, and had a great feel to it. The neighbours to the hotel made it noisy, probably because of where our room was, so I don't think it was the hotel's fault. I'd stay again, just maybe not in room 301. The staff were professional and accommodating, understood our English, and were clearly proud of their hotel.

The location was very good and quiet, and the staff were friendly. Our room was large and decorated, with big comfortable beds. The bathroom was also large, but there was nowhere to hang wet towels or put guests' things. All the rooms open onto a patio, which can sometimes get a bit noisy.
