The room was spotless, and everyone was so kind. They were also happy to let us stay with our dog, which was a relief since other places weren’t clear about their pet rules.

My room was colorful and comfortable, and the AC got nice and cold. The shower had both hot and cold water. The staff were friendly and quick to help, too. Such a charming hotel, I’d definitely come back!

The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of beach clubs to pick from. Casa Jaguar itself is a hidden gem, with beautiful spaces and an artsy feel. Gaby at the front desk made us feel so welcome. We’ll be back next time we’re in Acapulco, and we’ll tell our family and friends to stop by. Go to Casa Jaguar, you won’t regret it.

I feel lucky I got to stay at Casa Jaguar. The shared spaces and private rooms were thoughtfully detailed and really comfortable. The whole building, the workers, and the other guests were top quality. It felt like a little piece of heaven on earth.
