The pool view is amazing, and it’s a great place to stay on your own, with friends, or just to unwind. The front desk could use some improvement.

We were so happy with our stay. There was great privacy, and being inside a gated community made it feel very safe. The rooms and shared areas were all pleasant and really clean.

I loved being able to park just 10 meters from my room, safely within the hotel grounds. The security is excellent, and I’d happily come back with family or friends. It’s a lovely retro place from Acapulco’s golden age, with a bit of the old glamour still there, and the price is reasonable. It’s a great place to relax away from the crowded, expensive hotels in Punta Diamante. The services are good, and Costera is only three minutes away, so there are lots of choices for meals.

Casa Lisa’s facilities were very nice, but the staff’s attitude and service made us feel completely uncomfortable. They didn’t honor our reservation, the employees were incredibly rude, and our rooms were dirty. There’s a long list of things they did, but it was an entirely unpleasant experience, and I can’t recommend the place at all. Absolutely not recommended.

I love the service, 10 out of 10. This is my favorite place in Acapulco: beautiful, peaceful, and away from all the noise. You can see the ocean and the hotels too, but it’s perfect.
