6/10
The elevator setup was confusing: you need two different cards to operate them, besides your room key. The rooms also smelled strongly of air freshener, which I really didn’t like. The view from the third floor was great, though that floor is actually on the fifth level, so it’s easy to get mixed up. Good location and generally good service.

10/10
Everything else was perfect, and the hotel is in a great spot, close to everything. The Wi-Fi could be better. Nearby, don’t miss the churros and hot chocolate. They’re the best I’ve had in years!

8/10
The staff are lovely and the location is brilliant, so it works well for a week or so. Just be aware that the bathroom water pressure is weak, and there was sometimes a drain smell.

8/10
The rooms feel old, cheap, and a bit sad, but the location is great.

The location was fantastic. Inside the room, though, there was a chemical cleaning smell, and the mattress felt like a rock.
