I thought the place was excellent, but the check-in left me with a small problem. They didn’t have me registered when I arrived, though the gentleman checking me in fixed it right away. I was supposed to get an apartment assignment, a card for pedestrian and room access, and a vehicle remote, but I received only the apartment keys. That meant I couldn’t come and go freely and had to ring the security bell whenever I returned. I’d recommend confirming your reservation the day before.

The apartment was spotless and felt brand new, with everything we needed, including a bathroom for each bedroom, a kitchen, and a laundry area. The location is easy to reach, and there are shops and an Oxxo nearby if you’ve forgotten anything. Everything was as expected, and the weekend stay was excellent. I’d gladly return if I get the chance.

We loved it! The apartments look just like the photos, and they even greet you with amenities and a basket of traditional Puebla sweets. They’re spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, with security cameras, parking, and a video intercom. A few blocks from the city center, it’s a great, cheaper-than-a-hotel option for having the whole family together. Highly recommend it.

The apartments are tastefully decorated and have everything you could need. We felt safe and found the place very clean, and the staff were always attentive to what we needed. Thanks to everyone for our stay. I highly recommend it.
