The neighborhood felt safe, and we found plenty of parking right in front. Within two blocks there's a large grocery store with an ATM and several restaurants. Our favorite taco truck opens in the evenings on the street behind the grocery store. The room was spacious, with nearly a full kitchen, a utility sink, and a living room with a couch. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room has a small kitchen, so you can save money by buying groceries and cooking. The location is handy, in a nice neighborhood near Walmart, Soriana, local restaurants, a laundry, and hospitals. Staff are friendly and clean the room daily; sheets are changed every third day, or daily if you ask. The mattress is very hard and uncomfortable, and there's no AC, only a big fan. The usual room amenities aren't there, and there's no laundry service or cafeteria. The TV has Netflix because some guests leave their passwords logged in.

It's a pleasant neighborhood to explore on foot, with a grocery store nearby and some nice restaurants. The hotel is farther from the tourist areas, but if you want to explore Chapalita, it's an economical option and good value for money.

The rooms are very clean, and housekeeping does a great job. It's an old but comfortable hotel, in an area with several places to visit during the day. I'd stay there again anytime.

Quiet and clean, with a full kitchen and a huge closet, so it works perfectly for a longer stay. By “laundry facilities,” they mean pilas.
