We could walk to the major sights in central Puebla from here. The room was compact but clean and well furnished, and the restroom was well maintained. Service was exemplary. We didn’t notice any particular noise, and the place wasn’t cold.

The interior is very modern. There’s convenient parking, though no elevator. The restaurant inside serves great food, and there’s a coffee shop by the entrance. Service was friendly.

Nice design and staff. It suited a short visit, though rooms near the staircase can be quite noisy. The restaurant and breakfast seemed expensive, so I didn’t eat there.

We had a street-facing room that was clean and really nice. The staff were kind and flexible, and the hotel’s coffee shop makes excellent, tasty coffee. A great stay, and thanks for selling us the Talavera vase!

The drinks were delicious, and the servers were incredibly friendly. They also gave us great food recommendations while we were visiting Puebla.
