The booking agent at the call center misled me. They said the hotel was less than 100 meters from the zocalo and that parking was included, so be careful. The hotel itself is colorful, the service is great, and the restaurant is amazing, though you pay extra for it. The standard room was OK for the price, and we had a very good night. I gave it three stars because some details need fixing. It's a good option for a few nights.

We wouldn't choose this hotel again. Our room was cramped and poorly insulated, and loud restaurant music started in the morning and went on until late in the evening. The toilet smelled bad, and the shower water never got warm. The hotel looks nice overall and is well located near Puebla's historic center.

The courtyard was beautiful and peaceful, a lovely spot to relax, and the rooms were quiet and clean with super comfy beds. The staff were friendly, and the location is excellent. All three of us, including our dog, were very happy here. The bathroom felt a bit tight for my 6”2 husband, and the shower took a while to heat up, but it was a wonderful stay. We'd definitely come back!

The place itself is nice and peaceful, but the service ripped us off and charged us double. They promised it wouldn't be a problem that we'd booked the wrong date, and said we should book the correct one while they tried to cancel the first booking. Later, they replied to two emails with the standard message that cancellation wasn't possible, and that was it...
