The staff were helpful and friendly overall, and the front desk pointed us toward beaches and restaurants nearby. We were booked for three nights during a two-week trip in Mexico, but ended up leaving after just one because the stay wasn't comfortable enough. On arrival, we got a large room with two double beds and a kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The closest beach is about a 15-minute walk away, but swimming isn't allowed there. The beaches in the Maguey area can be reached by taxi. The hotel also has a good pool area that's friendly for kids. A few things didn't work for us: the Wi-Fi in our room failed, and the front desk's alternative 2.4G network didn't work either. There were no bedside lights, and the hotel had no lamps we could borrow, so reading at night was uncomfortable. The TV also didn't work, though that may have been because of old batteries.

The rooms are huge, with a separate sitting space, a fridge, microwave, and little kitchen. The pool is really nice, and the TV has good streaming. Breakfast came with our stay, though the food wasn't that good. I would've preferred having a coffee maker in the room.

We liked the included breakfast, and the staff were all friendly. Antonio especially went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed, which made the stay pleasant. The hotel sits between town and the beaches, so getting to either was easy. Our room was spacious and clean, though corridor noise carried quite a bit. Light sleepers might want earplugs.

The staff treated everyone like family, and the pool was even better than we expected. Everything was spotless, and breakfast was excellent. Town and a large grocery store were each about a 10 minute walk away. The beaches were close too, with a quick, inexpensive cab ride as an option. It was affordable and just right for our week in Le Crucecita. I'd definitely recommend it 😊

The garden and pool area are lovely, and the rooms are clean and roomy. Friendly staff too. Recommended!
