Never coming back. That was the worst.

The room had comfortable beds and nice finishes, though it was small. What bothered us was the extra 500-peso deposit they requested through WhatsApp in case of damage. That fee wasn't mentioned on the website or in the booking confirmation. We did get it back, but the charge felt unofficial.

We were comfortable throughout our stay, and the facilities were in perfect condition. The service was warm and excellent, and honestly the whole experience went beyond what we expected. My husband and I really appreciated the care. We'd gladly come back and recommend it.

The staff were no help at all, and the mattress was so uncomfortable. The apartment was dirty and smelled awful, and there were cockroaches. They even served tap water in a pitcher. A horrible stay.
