The only people who treated us well were the housekeeping staff. They were kind and respectful, and I really appreciate that. During our stay there was no running water, and when I called the front office they had an attitude and couldn't say when it would be fixed. The buffet was also a letdown, and the hotel felt boring with nothing to do. I've stayed here three times, but the customer service was poor. For the same price, I highly recommend Camino Real for its private beach and amazing customer service. El Mirador has cliff diver views from your own balcony, and it feels like sleeping over the ocean. Camino

The staff were disrespectful, especially Israel. The people who are supposed to welcome guests were pulling faces, and this place needs to replace them if it wants to attract customers. Los tranajadores no tienen respecto no me siento comoda en un lugar que me sacan el dedo de enedio.
