They first told us there was room available. After we followed up, it took four hours to hear that they had no reservations left. Getting a response by phone or WhatsApp is incredibly slow, so I completely agree with the complaint.

They don't get back to you at all, whether you call or message on WhatsApp. If it's already this hard to book, I can only imagine how bad things might be once you arrive.

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were spacious and nice, though quite dark. It's very quiet there, almost too quiet: at night we could hear someone snoring in another room. Wi-Fi only works in the shared areas. Everything is green and the view is beautiful. The place suits people who enjoy being close to nature, including plenty of cute insects and arachnids, though they don't get into the rooms. The outdoor pool is cold, but lovely when you're out in the sun. The last stretch of road is unpaved and rough, and turns muddy after rain.

The staff were very attentive and kind, even though there are only a few of them looking after all the rooms and maintenance. The gardens are lovely and carefully kept, and the building and decor have a lot of charm. The pool was a letdown: small, shallow, dirty, poorly lit, and in need of maintenance. The jacuzzi area is just as pretty as the rest, but it wasn't working. The hotel serves coffee but has no restaurant, so you have to arrange food delivery or drive into town. It's somewhat isolated, the road into town is dirt, and there aren't many places to eat there, so driving farther to find food is recommended.
