I left with a bad experience. The terrace was dirty, there was no soap to wash our hands, and the stove igniter didn't work at all. They should mention the extra pet charge upfront. Asking for $5,000 for my two small pets felt robotic.

Everything we needed was in the house, and nearby too. We especially liked the kitchen, the garden, and the pool, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It's a very pleasant place, ideal if you want to relax and unwind. Ángel was incredibly helpful as host and gave us great recommendations for places worth visiting. We'll definitely return.

The pool takes over an hour to clean, and even then it isn't cleaned properly. Still, the place itself is nice.

We had a lovely few days in beautiful Acapulco, and the house had everything we needed to relax. The facilities are beautiful, comfortable, and practical, with room for a big family. It's near lots of attractions and our favorite beaches, Princess and Revolcadero. Mr. Angel was friendly and attentive from the welcome, and explained the house rules clearly. We'll definitely be back!

The stay was very pleasant despite the hurricane. A few businesses were already open, and people were friendly. The place itself was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the host was attentive and responsive to what we needed. Excellent service.
