The room stayed clean, and the mini-fridge was handy for keeping food fresh. There are also rooms with kitchenettes and a shared kitchen by the pool. For $25 per day, you can rent basic cookware and dishes, which made cooking easier. The pool was clean, with a shallow area for children and a section 1.5 meters deep for adults. The room starts with a ceiling fan, and you can pay extra for air conditioning. Towels are supplied per bed rather than per guest, something I only learned on arrival; extra towels are available with a $100 deposit, refunded when you return them. It's a roughly ten-minute leisurely walk to Caleta and Caletilla beaches. Shops are nearby, including Oxxo and Neto, along with a market serving food at reasonable prices. The Costera Azul bus stop is right on the corner, and you can also get there by taxi or public transportation. The service was excellent. Phone calls are the best way to get information, since WhatsApp messages aren't always answered promptly. Once you confirm a reservation, though, they expect you on your stay date. Wi-Fi is available and generally good, though it sometimes drops, perhaps from overcrowding or distance from the modem. After 10 pm, guests are asked to keep noise down. The night shift person's phone stays at full volume until some hour, but you only hear it outside your room, which is generally well insulated from outside noise. Raccoons may come looking for food at night, so keep anything edible out of their reach. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Acapulco.

We were a family group of ten and got the room beside the pool. They were very accommodating and provided a refrigerator and kitchen so we could prepare food. The room had everything we needed in the bathroom, and we always had hot water. It also had both a fan and air conditioning, and at check-in they ask whether you want A/C or just a fan. The staff were generally very friendly. They clean daily if you want, but not at checkout. The pool was clean, and we'd come back.

We’d happily stay here again 🤗 The staff were so friendly, and getting around was easy with lots of transportation nearby. It’s also close to Acapulco’s traditional area. A lovely place.
