The view was beautiful, and the location is close to everything. The beds were clean and crisp, which mattered most to me, so I liked staying there. The rooms and appliances are run down, though, and I wish the owners would upgrade the condos. It really depends on what you're after. I cared most about the view, the lively location, and clean beds. I have more photos, but can't find them right now.

The views were stunning, but I had a terrible stay and wouldn't book here again. I felt very unsafe, and the building looked neglected with visible hurricane damage. Most of the desk clerks were rude and unhelpful. I had to change rooms three times. The first was in appalling condition, with no hot water, a moldy bathtub, and a TV that didn't work. Nobody had mentioned that a deposit was required for the remote. The room on the 17th floor was a little better, but its TV also didn't work. In the third room, on the 8th floor, the refrigerator was broken, the AC button didn't work, and the TV was out again. There was barely any lighting, just one small light and no lamps.

The ocean view was the only thing we enjoyed. The bedrooms are old, sinks are broken, and none of the hotel's hot tubs work, so there's only the shower. There's no TV cable, and the WiFi disconnects whenever you lock your phone. The parking lot is too small, and the elevators take forever.

Nobody speaks English, not even at the front desk, and having to pay extra for a chair on the hotel beach was the final straw. The hotel is dirty and old, our room wasn't clean, and the towels and sheets were unacceptable. Don't go if you don't want your holiday ruined.
