Ale and Jhon were so warm and kind, and patiently helped us with everything we needed. The place is amazing, with a spacious room and a well-equipped kitchen. You can also rent a bike from them.

Juan’s kindness and the lovely suite made our holiday unforgettable during our 33-night stay at Sayu Suites in Cozumel, Mexico. The owners paid attention to every detail and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The suite was well furnished and very clean, with comfortable furniture and AC and fans that worked really well. The kitchenette came in handy when we cooked and ate in. The cleaning lady was friendly, polite, professional, and did a very good job. Outside, the landscaping was beautiful and well maintained, with a pool, hammocks, cozy table and chairs, and loungers. Having bicycles available for our personal use was a bonus. Juan and Ale clearly put a lot of care into giving guests a wonderful experience. We highly recommend it! ❤️ Gil & Louise

The owners were really nice and helped us a lot. We stayed two nights at this lovely place in downtown Cozumel, and were surprised that it looked just like the photos and was so clean. I really recommend it ❤️

The check-in involved a few minor communication difficulties, but everything worked out afterward. The place was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. The AC and fan worked well, and the pool and sunbeds were in great shape for relaxing. Free bikes made it easy to get around town and to the supermarket. We had a lovely stay and would come again.

The owners are delightful and friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. The setting is relaxing and beautiful, quiet, super clean, and very well built. It’s also close to everything, making it a perfect island stay. I can’t say enough good things, and I’ll definitely be back and tell all my friends. Thanks so much for everything!
