The pool and the view were spectacular, and having direct access to the beach made the stay feel special. What really stood out, though, was the staff. After we told them about the problems, they were responsive and helpful and did everything they could to make our honeymoon go smoothly. Thanks to Fernando, Oyuki, Domingo, and Inès for all their support. There were some serious issues. We found cockroaches in the room several times, the rooms felt old, with peeling paint and worn furniture, and staff coordination was poor. It took nearly 30 minutes for room service to bring plates and cutlery. I'd only come back for the staff. The hotel needs to improve its condition and amenities to keep up with other places nearby.

It's a nice place, and although the rooms aren't new, they're clean and in good shape. The front desk staff could improve their English. Getting a sun lounger was the main frustration. Even as hotel guests, we couldn't find one at 8 am because people had left their belongings on them. Some didn't come back until after 2 pm. It looks like the pool boy is mainly interested in the money.

The rooms were comfortable and the food was good, but the amount of smoking really ruined it for us. People were smoking all around the pool and at the poolside restaurant, which was the only one open for lunch. We thought this would be a family hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for pregnant women or children.

My friend and I stayed here in February 2019, and the service, beach, rooms, and views were all amazing. I'd love to return with my husband. Todo magnífico!!! One serious downside: don't use the hotel's ATM. I asked to withdraw $X, but 700$MXN was missing from the amount I received. It doesn't give you the exact amount you request.
