Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos - All Inclusive

We were looking at places for our wedding guests when we visited in January 2026, and this resort really is stunning. The grounds and rooms are beautiful, and our suite's plunge pool was a favorite. We used it several times. It's about 40 minutes from the airport, which made the location convenient. Dinner by the ocean at Saltwater was unforgettable. Javier was a fantastic server, and the pizza was surprisingly amazing. The place is small, around 70 rooms, and has few activities or entertainment options. That gives it a quieter, slower feel, so it seems especially suited to a honeymoon-style escape. If you want peaceful surroundings, lovely views, and a relaxed pace, it's a great option.

The biggest problems for us were the maintenance and guest services. A broken air-conditioning unit meant we had to change rooms, and at this price, guests shouldn't have to deal with that. The concierge and front desk were slow and mostly unhelpful, with little follow-through. Towels were often missing from the beach, the pools felt uncomfortably cold, and the hot tub was out of order during our stay. Dining was uneven too. Restaurant waits could be long, and some meals were enjoyable while others disappointed. That inconsistency was surprising for a resort presenting itself as luxury. There were good parts. The grounds are lush, peaceful, and genuinely beautiful. Housekeeping kept our rooms clean and well maintained, and was timely. Miguel, Javier, and Fidel also made an effort to help when issues came up. They were kind, attentive, and did what they could within their control. Their professionalism showed. Zoëtry has plenty of qualities associated with a five-star stay, but calling it a five-star resort feels like a stretch. The property has potential, and many frontline staff clearly care, yet what seem to be management and operational problems affected maintenance, guest services, and dining. Better leadership and attention to basics could make this excellent. Right now, it falls short of its promise.

This was a calm, serene escape, not the usual party resort. It would work well for family time or simply a chance to recharge. The rooms were spectacular, with a bottle of mezcal, champagne, and snacks waiting inside. Everyone was so attentive, and they really do mean it when they say you can request anything. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were perfectly balanced and strong. You could tell the mixologists knew what they were doing. One of the bars even has a cute little library. I got to read there with a tasty cocktail, which I loved. I'll be back!

We never struggled to find pool chairs or had to wait for restaurant tables or drinks. With only around 60 rooms, Zoetry feels small, and the staff to guest ratio seemed at least one to one. People often remembered our names, and Avraham, Fabian, Marcos, Karim, Jacobo, and others made us feel at home. They were eager to help and felt like friends. It's genuinely relaxing here. There's no music by the pool, and things are quiet by 8-9pm. Definitely not a party hotel. The food was excellent. We arrived with moderate expectations for an all-inclusive, but the quality still impressed us. Meals were served at a table or poolside, and the tacos, ceviche, shrimp, steak, and other dishes were all great. The all-day cafe was handy for snacks and coffee. If you're after late-night partying, quick buffet meals, loud music, or shows every night, this probably isn't your place. But for a quiet, more niche trip with great food and service, we loved Zoetry.
